I began glass painting in the mid 90's, taught by my mother-in-law, an already well established glass painter and artist in the UK at the time.
We attended many of the big Arts and Craft Shows in the south of England over the years, including the Hampton Court Flower Show.
In 2001 we moved lock, stock and barrel (including mother-in-law) to Ballydehob, West Cork and became one of the first members of the newly formed Schull Market, as well as the Skibbereen Farmers Market. As for many of the artists and craft workers here in West Cork, the beautiful landscape is a constant source of inspiration.
Each piece of my glass is hand-painted and oven fired, so fully washable (although I would recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water rather than a dishwasher).
(Although Eva's glassware isn't currently available online; her beautiful and ever popular hand crocheted teddy bears and critters are).
