Handcrafted silver jewellery in earrings, pendants, bangles, bracelets and rings. Each piece is designed and created locally in Glengarriff, West Cork.
"I have been designing and creating silver jewellery for over twenty-five years, and continue to love the challenge that each new design idea brings. In my workshop at home in Glengarriff, I begin by working out an idea (sometimes drawing it out on paper first), before I take the next step, which is to work the idea into a fully formed design. For this, I use copper wire as a trial medium, making any changes that ‘work’ better, until I am happy with how a piece looks and functions. I then recreate the piece in silver, following my original template.
My designs range from the simple and timeless to the intricate, and I am always working on expanding my range as each new idea pops into my head. I am working on a range of silver chain-mail jewellery at the moment, which I hope will prove popular for anybody looking for something a little bit different."
