I am a woodworker living in Cork, Ireland with my teenage son Morgan. I have always enjoyed being creative and have developed my skills over time. My inspiration comes from many sources, nature, culture or just things I see that spark my imagination.
I enjoy creating attractive wood crafts of a practical nature while keeping to the original form and colour of the wood, imperfections and all; this being the guiding principle of Wild Atlantic Wood.
Having worked for furniture makers both on the production scale and in the creation of bespoke one off pieces, I use these skills to develop my own creations in my home workshop. I began selling my work at a local farmer's market several years ago and have since expanded into a sustainable small business... and so Wild Atlantic Wood was born...
