I am a woodworker living in Cork, Ireland with my teenage son Morgan. I have always enjoyed being creative and have developed my skills over time. My inspiration comes from many sources, nature, culture or just things I see that spark my imagination.
I enjoy creating attractive wood crafts of a practical nature while keeping to the original form and colour of the wood, imperfections and all, has being the guiding principle of Wild Atlantic Wood.
Having worked for furniture makers both on the production scale and in the creation of bespoke one off pieces, I use these skills to develop my own creations in my home workshop. I began selling my work at a local farmer's market several years ago and have since expanded into a sustainable small business... and so Wild Atlantic Wood was born...
